  • How does the subscription work?

    You pay upfront for all 3 deliveries, and in return make a guaranteed saving versus our standard pricing. You also get the convenience of regular deliveries that require no work from your side. The first order will be sent as a regular order to the delivery address of your choice. We will then send the 2nd delivery around a month from your first order date, then the 3rd a month after that. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping e-mail every time a delivery is sent.

  • When will I receive my next delivery?

    Your 2nd and 3rd deliveries will be sent around a month after the previous delivery. If there are any issues then we’ll let you know in advance, otherwise, you’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping updates via e-mail to inform when your deliveries are on the way.

  • Can I gift a subscription to someone?

    Definitely! This is the perfect gift for the beer lover in your life. If you want all of the deliveries to be delivered direct to the recipient of the gift, then make sure you put in their delivery address.

  • What will I receive in my Beer Case subscription?

    If you sign up to one of our prepaid subscriptions for a beer case. Over the 3 months, you’ll receive 48 different beers, you can see the contents of the first case in the visual* but the 2nd and 3rd will be a surprise. *There is a very small chance some of the beers from the image of the first beer case may arrive in either your 2nd or 3rd delivery.

  • Will I always receive the same SUB kegs?

    Yes. Unlike our beer case subscription, there will be no surprises. You’ll receive the same beers every month and can rest easy knowing you’re making a guaranteed saving and your deliveries will be convenient with you without the need to lift a finger.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    As this is all paid upfront unlike a standard subscription, you don’t need to cancel anything as payments aren’t automatically debited. Just one payment at the time of your first purchase, this covers the cost for all 3 deliveries.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    Sure. As long as you let us know a week before your next delivery is due, please e-mail service@beerwulf.com with your original PO and new delivery address.

  • Can I skip a subscription delivery?

    Sure. Maybe you still have some beers leftover from the previous month or just want to postpone your delivery, let us know a week before your next delivery is due, please e-mail service@beerwulf.com with your PO and prefered delivery date.

  • What happens once I have received my final delivery?

    Nothing. There's no hidden fees or automatic extensions. Obviously, you’re more than welcome to sign up for another 3 months, or try something different!
