  • Why can't I select tomorrow as a delivery date?

    Due to the current success of our International Beer Day sale, we have more orders in the warehouse than expected. To avoid disappointment and missed deadlines, we have blocked tomorrow as a delivery date. Apologies for the inconvenience!

  • Why have I not received a dispatch confirmation of my order yet?

    Due to a technical issue in our IT setup, the tracking codes have not been sent this morning. We're working hard to send out the tracking information as soon as possible, they should arrive in your mailbox shortly.

  • The light on my SUB ® is not turning green.

    Once in THE SUB®, cooling down a TORP® takes 10 to 16 hours (depending on starting temperature of the TORP®). When your beer is chilled to the right temperature, then the light on the front of THE SUB® will turn green. To speed up the process, ensure your TORP® is fully chilled before inserting it into the SUB®. Set your fridge at the lowest temperature and store the TORP® on the lowest shelf (this is the coldest area) for 6 to 10 hours, or until the cold indicator on the TORP® turns dark blue.

    The temperature of the TORP® depends on the temperature in the fridge and the time the TORP® has been in the appliance. If the temperature of the room is above 30 °C and the TORP® has not been pre-chilled, it can happen that the light does not turn green. The temperature of the beer, in this case, is within 2 – 6 °C and still cooling. As long as the TORP® has been in THE SUB® for a couple of hours, it is not a problem that the light is still red.

  • My discount code was not accepted, how can I solve this?

  • I have received a voucher/discount code, how do I use it?

    You can use the discount code by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of our website and adding it in the field indicated on the picture below. Do please keep in mind that your code you might be subject to a minimum order value and/or minimum amount of bottles per order. Additionally, there are promotional terms that apply to each of our voucher codes.

  • How does (free) shipping work with Beerwulf? 

    Beerwulf partners with Yodel for all deliveries in the United Kingdom. If you place an order on workdays before 4 p.m. we will do our best to deliver your package in 24 hours. Yodel delivers Monday to Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. You’re also able to choose a specific delivery date, up to one week ahead of the current date. If you live in Northern Ireland or another remote area, your order might be subject to longer delivery times. You can find all affected postcodes here.

    Delivery charges may apply to your order. These charges depend on the amount of beers in your order. Beerwulf charges a fixed rate of £4.95 for the delivery of orders where the box is not full. The following products will not be charged any further delivery costs:

    • Any appliances.
    • Any pre-selected pack of curated beers.
    • Any full box filled with 16 bottles / cans (or multiples of 16 bottles/cans).
    • Any full box filled with 8 TORPS (or multiples of 8 TORPS)

    For any other combination, delivery charges might be levied. For each incomplete box, a delivery charge of £4,95 will be charged. The delivery costs are shown during the ordering process on the website, and again in the order confirmation mail, sent after purchasing your beers.
