  • When will the products from THE SUB be available on Beerwulf?

    We're working very hard to get these products available as soon as possible. As the email noted, we plan to have the products ready to order early this week. As soon as they are available, you'll be notified via e-mail!

  • Who can I contact if the price on my invoice does not match my order total?

    If you have problems with invoices or payments, please contact our Customer Care team via Service@Beerwulf.com. Please add your order number to the email so we can look up your order and help you as soon as possible.

  • When trying to place an order, I receive a notification that payment is not possible.

  • Can I save my payment details for next time?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can save your address with your Beerwulf account, but not your payment method.

  • My discount code was not accepted, how can I solve this?

    All our discount codes are subject to a minimum order value / minimum number of bottles. The exact details are noted in the communication you've received that contained this Discount Code. You can read some more information about these terms in our Promotional Terms.

  • I have received a voucher/discount code, how do I use it?

    You can use the discount code by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of our website and adding it in the field indicated on the picture below. Do please keep in mind that your code you might be subject to a minimum order value and/or minimum amount of bottles per order. Additionally, there are promotional terms that apply to each of our voucher codes.

  • Can I change my shipping address or delivery date after I’ve placed the order?

    Only in transit, unfortunately. Our systems are created to pack and dispatch orders as fast as possible, meaning your information is locked into place after the order is confirmed. 

    You can update the address, but only after Yodel has made one attempt to deliver your parcel. You can change the delivery address or date with the track and trace page, or via the Yodel App, which is available via iTunes and Google Play

  • How is my beer packaged?

    It goes without saying that it’s important to us that your beer package is delivered intact and without damage. That’s why we ship our beers in strong, firm cardboard boxes. These boxes contain dividers which keep the bottles in position, preventing shifting and possible damage. To be as environmentally conscious and efficient as possible, we offer a singular 16 bottle box for each order:

    Pack of 16 beers: 28cm x 28cm x 28cm - average weight: 9.9 kg

    Do keep in mind that we might have different packs with different sizes for special offers and pre-made packs.

  • How do I receive an invoice?

    After you have placed an order on Beerwulf.com, you will receive a confirmation email. In it you will find the total amount invoiced (including VAT).

    If you did not receive a confirmation email, It may be possible that it ended up in your spam box. If you have checked and are absolutely certain that you never received the confirmation email, then please contact Customer Service via an email to service@beerwulf.com. We can manually look up & send your invoice if need be.

  • I never received a confirmation email. What do I do?

    We always send a confirmation email. It may be possible that it ended up in your spam box. If this is the case and you plan on ordering regularly from Beerwulf.com, then we suggest you add noreply@beerwulf.com to your list of contacts to prevent this from happening in the future.

  • Can I include a personal message with the beer package?

    Yes, you can. You can add a personal message during the checkout process after you fill in the shipping address. This personal message is limited to 185 characters, and do please note that emoticons will not be printed correctly. We will print this message and include it in the beer package.

  • I do not want the invoice to be added to the box, is that possible?

    We do not add any invoices to our packages, and will only pack a list of all the beers and their relevant allergy information in each package. This list does not quote any prices. Instead, we will send you an order confirmation email, which contains a link to download your invoice if need be.

  • What guarantee do I get with my Beerwulf purchase?

    Beerwulf prides itself on delivering quality and guarantees that your purchase will meet the reasonable expectations that you might have of our beers.   • How can I request a reimbursement?

    If you feel you have been wrongfully charged, please contact our Customer Service. Please include a valid reason for your request and the order number with your request, so we can help you to the best of our abilities. You can send this message to service@beerwulf.com or call us on +44 (0) 808 189 9853. We are available for calls from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

  • How can I pay at Beerwulf?

    At Beerwulf you can easily pay online via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. There are no extra fees for using a credit card.

    We lock your payment details through a secure network (SSL-method) and, in conjunction with your credit card provider, ensure proper payment procedures. The amount will only be deducted once the order has been delivered. It is possible that your credit card company requests your 3D-Secure verification code. This is an extra security step when carrying out online payments with your credit card.

  • Can I pay after delivery?

    No, orders on Beerwulf can only be placed and processed on the basis of direct online payment. If you have unusual requirements with regards to possible payment after delivery, please contact us at service@beerwulf.com.

  • Where can I find the amount of VAT?

    All prices listed on Beerwulf.com include VAT. The total amount of VAT charged is stated in the email with your order confirmation.
