    What is Beerwulf?
    Beerwulf is all about giving you access to everything you love about beer.

    It’s a place to discover, learn, try and buy an ever-increasing range of beers across cans, bottles - and now joining forces with THE SUB - soon to be draught! And as the world of beer grows, so do we. We’re always looking for more beers, more breweries, and more ways to enjoy local, national and international beers, all delivered to your doorstep.

    You can simply get on Beerwulf.com, order, and get the best of beer delivered directly to your door. But we know that there’s more to beer than just drinking it. Which is why we passionately support brewers and breweries, and provide a platform to share their knowledge, stories, and of course their products.

    And with so many beers popping up, it’s hard to keep up – or even know where to start! So we have reviews to guide you on your beer drinking way. Whether you want to open a bottle of stout from the States, crack a can of Irish IPA, or draught the perfect Belgian blonde, Beerwulf has you covered.

    In the end we’re here to make discovering, ordering and enjoying beer more fun and easy than ever.

    Why are you making this change?
    It’s all about giving you the best beer experience at home. Just like THE SUB offers your favourite beers on tap, at home, delivered straight to your door - Beerwulf does the same, but with over 600 craft and speciality bottles and cans. So if you love draught and love craft, then we hope you’re going to love Beerwulf. Ultimately it is about discovering the beers you like, having more choice and enjoying your beers the way you want.

    What happens next?
    Beginning the week of March 25th all orders of SUB products can be placed on Beerwulf.com and communication about THE SUB will come from Beerwulf. At that time you will no longer be able to purchase through the-sub.com but you’ll find your favourite TORPS and SUBS available at Beerwulf.com.

    If you have a SUB account, you will receive an email with your account confirmation from Beerwulf.com in the week of March 25th. This will make it easy for you to start shopping for THE SUB products you love and more on Beerwulf.com.

    What SUB products will be available on Beerwulf?
    Beerwulf is the new home for THE SUB and TORPS. As we move in, not all products will be available straight away. Unfortunately glasses, merchandise, Draught Kegs and BLADE appliances will not be available on Beerwulf at this time. But we’ll be working hard to add new products to our ever growing assortment in due time.

    Will this mean you’ll have more (craft) beers in TORPS available soon?
    We’re always looking to add more beers, breweries, and styles for you to enjoy at home.

  • How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the email newsletter?

    You can subscribe to the Beerwulf newsletter on our website. In each email you receive, there is a link that you can use to easily unsubscribe.

  • Do you have a complaint about our service or our products?

    Our aim is to help solve any problems as quickly as possible. You can contact our Customer Service every Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by calling our free phone number +44 (0) 808 189 9853. If you are unable to get hold of us, please leave a call back request.

    Alternatively, you can send an email to service@beerwulf.com. We guarantee you will receive an answer within one week. If you are not satisfied with the help you receive, you can raise your complaint via the European ODR Platform.

  • How can I contact Beerwulf?

    The best way to get a hold of us is by sending an email to Service@Beerwulf.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If your question is about an order, please always include your order number. This starts with PO and can be found in your order confirmation email.

We are available each Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Despite our best efforts, we're not always able to guarantee to answer your call straight away.   • Why do you keep verifying the age of visitors and buyers?

    Beerwulf only deals with people that are 18 years and older. We do not sell or deliver to people under this age. That is why we verify a persons age two times before handing over a delivery. First of all, the delivery will only be made to the person named at the time of the order. Second, on delivery, it is possible that you will be asked for proof of age.

  • What does Beerwulf mean with "Enjoy Responsibly" ?

    Too much of anything is never a good thing. That certainly applies when it comes to alcohol consumption. Drinking responsibly is part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Drink and enjoy in moderation, that’s our philosophy. But to be absolutely clear: we do not support alcohol abuse. For those who choose to drink alcohol, there are clear guidelines available on how to drink responsibly.

    Beerwulf exclusively markets its products to people who are over the age of 18 and does not sell alcoholic drinks to young people under the age of 18. We verify the age of our customers four times before our packages are sent. We sell alcoholic products for adults to enjoy. However, we — just like everyone else — want to prevent alcohol abuse.
